Yes. All paid plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial with full access to the selected tier. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account is downgraded to the Explorer plan with all data preserved.

Monthly plans: full refund within 7 days. Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After those windows, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges. Refund requests can be made through the portal or by emailing billing@qpher.ai.

Uptime is measured monthly as (total minutes minus downtime minutes) divided by total minutes. Downtime is defined as the API Gateway returning 5xx errors or being unreachable for more than one consecutive minute, as measured by external monitoring. Planned maintenance with 72 hours advance notice and force majeure events are excluded.

Yes. All SaaS plans include Qpher Vault for iOS. Explorer gets the Free tier (50 MB storage, 3 shares/month). Starter and above get the Personal tier with 5 GB storage and 50 shares/month. Professional+ adds more storage per user, org management, and admin controls.

Yes. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your existing data, API keys, and PQC keys are preserved, but new operations beyond the lower tier limits will be blocked once the downgrade is active.
