For estate and trust law firms
Send copies of wills, trusts and client files to clients, family members and co-counsel — encrypted on your device, opened only by the people you choose.
Client files that leave the firm
Share with any email address. Recipients open it in the browser with a one-time code sent to their email: no app to install, no password to set.
A record of what you sent and who opened it
Each document can carry an ML-DSA signature made with your firm's key; the access log shows who opened it and when. Revoke access when the matter closes.
Your whole firm on one plan
Qpher Vault Organization is one plan, priced per seat, every feature included. People outside your firm — clients, family members, co-counsel — never need a seat and never pay.
Built for firms like yours
Small firms that send documents to people outside — estate and trust practices first, accounting firms and other small practices too.
What Qpher is, and is not
- Qpher implements NIST FIPS 203, 204 and 205. Our cryptographic module has not been validated by NIST's CMVP, and no SOC 2 audit has been completed.
- Qpher is not zero-knowledge. Private keys are generated and used only inside an isolated key service and are never exported. Qpher can see file names, types, sizes and who a document is shared with.
- A signature identifies your firm, not the member who sent it; the access log records which member sent each document.
- Revoking access stops future opens; it cannot take back a copy a recipient already saved. Data is stored in the US.
- Qpher is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
